MODULE 4 : MEMORY LEARNING & IMPROVING CONCENTRATION


INTRODUCTION 
Hi guys nǐ hǎo!!! Welcome to blog. First let me introduce myself, my name is ADITHYA IRFAN KHAIZURAN BIN ZULHAZMI. I'm from SIBU,SARAWAK and my age is 18 years old. I currently study at UITM,PAHANG CAMPUS JENGKA. I am studying in Pre-Diploma in Faculty of Plantation and Agrotechnology.



WHAT IS MEMORY?
Memory refers to the psychological processes of acquiring, storing, retaining, and later retrieving information. There are three major processes involved in memory: encoding, storage, and retrieval.




BRAIN?
The brain is a complex organ that controls thought, memory, emotion, touch, motor skills, vision, breathing, temperature, hunger and every process that regulates our body. Together, the brain and spinal cord that extends from it make up the central nervous system, or CNS.



MEMORY SYSTEM
Human memory is a powerful mental process that has many implications on life and how you experience things, from remembering meaningful events to enabling you to execute tasks and achieve goals. In essence, human memory has three facets: sensory memory, short-term memory and long-term memory
